Offshore is a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment in Carbis Bay, sleeping 4 with a secure front patio and a garden. The apartment is on the ground floor, with one step up to the front door.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom serve four guests. The apartment includes wifi, one allocated parking space on the front drive, a dishwasher, and a washing machine - the latter is useful for longer stays and something not all comparable apartments in the area offer. One dog is welcome. The bathroom has a bath, and a tumble dryer and coffee machine come with the washing machine.

Three beaches are within walking distance via the South West Coast Path, which runs close to the property. Carbis Bay beach is 600 metres away - a Blue Flag sandy cove with seasonal lifeguards and a beachside café. Porthkidney Beach is 0.9 miles along the path - quieter and less commercial, it suits dog walks outside the summer season restrictions. Porthminster Beach in St Ives is 1.3 miles, and the town itself is reachable in around 25 minutes on foot or one stop by train.

Best for small families or couples who want dog-friendly, ground-floor accommodation with beach access and practical laundry facilities. Less good for guests wanting a higher-spec finish.
