The layout runs in reverse, with living space upstairs to catch the view. An open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen has windows front and rear, sea views to the front and a south-facing deck behind for breakfasts and barbecues. All three ground-floor bedrooms open onto their own patio garden area, and each has a fully tiled en-suite wet room - a super king room, a double and a large twin.

The kitchen is fitted with granite worktops and integrated appliances, and oak flooring runs through the ground floor. A dining table seats six, with games, DVDs and books left for guests. Best for a family or group of up to eight wanting a short walk to Whipsiderry and Porth beaches with space to spread out. Less good for a single couple, since the wet-room bedrooms and eight-person layout suit a bigger party better.
