Old Post Office is a three-bedroom river-view house for six in Golant, on the west bank of the Fowey estuary. One bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed that converts to twins on request, alongside two further twin rooms, with three bathrooms reducing queues for a full group.

An open-plan lounge and dining room forms the shared indoor space, warmed by a wood burner. There is no WiFi here, so guests wanting to stay connected should plan around that. Parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and EV charging are included, and up to two dogs can stay. Host Sophie manages the booking.

Outside, a patio and garden look over the river, with the view changing constantly as the tide moves. Golant has no shop of its own, so provisions come from Fowey, a 40-minute walk south along the Saints Way through National Trust woodland at Pont Pill, or Lostwithiel, 3 miles north. Readymoney Cove is the nearest listed beach at 2.3 miles, with Lantic Bay 2.9 miles away and Lansallos Beach 3.5 miles.
