A private hot tub sits on the south-facing terrace alongside a BBQ, giving guests an outdoor entertaining area that works well in Cornwall's milder evenings. The layout is reverse-level: one bedroom is on the ground floor beside the hot tub terrace, while the lounge, kitchen and dining area are on the first floor, so the property is not step-free. Wi-Fi and dishwasher are included. A washer/dryer is included, and no pets are permitted.

Carbis Bay is the nearest beach, downhill from the cottage - a sheltered, west-facing sandy beach with calm water and good conditions for families and swimmers. It has a beach club and seasonal cafes. Porthkidney Beach is 1 mile - a quieter stretch leading toward the Hayle estuary, good for dog walking (note: no dogs at this property, but the walking routes apply). Porthminster Beach in St Ives is 1.2 miles away for guests wanting the harbour town experience alongside their beach day.

Ideal for couples or families with children aged 5 and over wanting proximity to St Ives with a hot tub and spa facilities. Not great for guests requiring a property that welcomes pets. The owner does not accept children under 5, and hen and stag parties are not allowed. Saturday changeover.
