One-bedroom cottage, Coads Green

This single-storey cottage is in Coads Green, a village near Launceston, and sleeps two in one double bedroom. Living space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining table and sitting area in a single room, and a TV and music player for the evenings. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen area is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. Heating is electric central heating, and fuel and power are included in the stay, as are bed linen and towels. WiFi is available throughout.

Outside, a furnished patio at the rear gives you somewhere to eat outdoors. Off-road parking is for one car, and electric vehicle charging can be arranged at an additional cost. Pets are not allowed and the cottage is non-smoking.

The nearest pub is 1.3 miles away and the nearest shop 4.5 miles away. Bodmin Moor, the North Cornwall coast and the beaches at Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven are all within reach for day trips. The cottage suits a couple or a solo traveller; with one double bedroom and space for a single car, it is less good for a group travelling in two vehicles.
