The garden is enclosed and has private parking. Inside: WiFi, washing machine, and the open fire. No dishwasher. Polurrian Beach is 600 metres via a footpath through open fields - the cove has no road access, so it stays quiet even in August. Mullion is one of the Lizard's larger villages, with a pub, a Co-op, and the Polurrian on the Lizard hotel a few hundred metres away. The South West Coast Path passes through, giving direct walking access south to Kynance Cove (4 miles) or north towards Porthleven. The Lizard village itself, the most southerly point in mainland Britain, is 4 miles south-east.

Best for: a couple wanting a dog-friendly base with an open fire and quiet beach access on the Lizard. Less good for: guests who need more than one bedroom or prefer a property with a sea view.
