Two king-size bedrooms and a twin are served by three bathrooms, two of them en-suite, so each pair of guests has ready access to facilities without sharing a single family bathroom.

Guests share mature gardens and a heated swimming pool with others staying at the property, rather than having exclusive use. The South West Coast Path is described as running from the garden, connecting on foot to Readymoney Cove, 0.6 miles away below St Catherine's Castle, a Tudor artillery fort built for Henry VIII. Lantic Bay is 2.1 miles and Lansallos Beach 3.3 miles. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are named as nearby outings without stated distances.
