Parr Cottage

Parr Cottage is a reverse-level cottage for six at Two Waters Foot near Lostwithiel. A double en-suite, twin and bunk room share two bathrooms, with the first-floor open-plan living area overlooking 7.5 acres of shared grounds. Host Sophie manages the booking.

The bunk room and shared grounds suit a family more readily than three couples wanting equal private space. A wood burner and open fire are included in the cottage itself. A separate games barn adds more seating, another wood burner, a pool table and a dartboard. The enclosed private garden has a furnished patio and barbecue. Wi-Fi, parking and a dishwasher are provided, and up to three dogs are accepted.

Freshwater swimming spots and woodland walks are available within the shared grounds, and the Eden Project is within 30 miles by car. Lansallos Beach is 8.9 miles away, followed by Readymoney Cove at 9.1 miles and Lantic Bay at 9.2 miles, all three within a quarter-mile band of each other.
