The Coach House Looe Valley Vineyard

The Coach House is a reverse-level, one-bedroom cottage within its owner's vineyard near Two Waters Foot, a hamlet where the East and West Looe Rivers meet in a wooded valley. It sleeps two in a king-size bedroom with floor-to-ceiling views across the vines, and has one bathroom.

A wood burner heats the living space. Parking, EV charging and garden access are included, and dogs are welcome. Guests get discounted rates on vineyard tours and wines. A dishwasher and washing machine are included, but there is no Wi-Fi.

The Looe Valley Line branch railway runs close to the hamlet on its way from Liskeard to Looe, and fallow deer are often seen in the valley bottom at dawn and dusk. Liskeard, with a wider range of shops and the mainline station to Plymouth and Penzance, is about 5 miles north; Looe itself is a similar distance south. Plaidy Beach is 4.1 miles away, East Looe Beach is 4.5 miles and Hannafore Beach 4.9 miles. The Two Waters Foot guide covers the valley and its walking routes.

**Best for:** two guests interested in vineyard visits, wildlife-watching and a wood burner. **Less good for:** guests relying on Wi-Fi, or anyone wanting a beach within walking distance.
