Woodlands Cottage Cornwall

Woodlands Cottage is a detached riverside stay at Two Waters Foot for four guests. One double bedroom and one twin are paired with two bathrooms. The cottage sits within a 12-acre private woodland estate near the Fowey and Warleggan rivers.

WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and garden are included. Dogs aren't accepted here, so this suits guests travelling without pets. A pub and other local amenities are within walking distance, which is useful given the drive needed to reach the coast from this inland setting.

Lansallos Beach is 8.6 miles away. Lantic Bay is 9.1 miles from the cottage and Readymoney Cove is also 9.1 miles away, so coastal visits require a car. Bodmin Moor and villages on both coasts are within reach for wider outings. Two Waters Foot provides the immediate riverside base, while Cardinham is the nearest town. The driveway has parking for two cars, and the grounds include a large private garden with a covered gazebo and 7 acres of private woodland. Polperro, Polruan, Fowey and Looe each have their own harbour.

**Best for:** a family or two couples wanting two bathrooms, private woodland and riverside surroundings, plus laundry facilities and parking on site. **Less good for:** dog owners, or guests needing EV charging, verified step-free access or a beach within walking distance.
