Pedn Brose

Pedn Brose is a detached cottage set near Mousehole, on the Penwith side of West Cornwall, with an enclosed rear garden, a patio and garden furniture. It sleeps six and has a sitting room with a Smart TV, a kitchen/diner and a separate utility room, plus WiFi.

The three bedrooms are two doubles and a twin, and they share one bathroom with a roll-top bath, a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot is available. Oil central heating is in place, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is roadside, with further spaces in the village hall/pub car park. In July and August the cottage only accepts 7-night bookings. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and the cottage is non-smoking. A pub is 0.1 miles away and a shop 0.6 miles. Newlyn, Lamorna Cove, Penzance, the Minack Theatre and the South West Coast Path are all within reach.

The cottage suits two couples or a family with children, and the pub close by is ideal for evenings without the car; roadside parking makes it less good for anyone bringing several vehicles. Mousehole has a harbour, galleries and cafés, and St Ives is within driving distance.
