Penvith Barns is a multi-building barn complex near Looe in southeast Cornwall, sleeping 12 across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms - one of the larger group properties in the area. The layout spans a main barn, a separate adjoining barn, and The Piggery annex, providing 3 king-size rooms, 1 twin, 1 double with additional single, and 1 double. Two kitchens and three lounge areas allow larger groups to spread out without friction.

Plaidy Beach is 1 mile away, a sheltered cove on the western edge of Looe Bay. East Looe Beach is 1.7 miles, the main town beach with water sports hire and a seasonal lifeguard patrol. Hannafore Beach is 2 miles away, a little further than East Looe Beach. Looe itself is a working fishing port with a daily fish market, independent pubs, and a regular passenger ferry across the estuary between East and West Looe.

The property includes a wood burner, BBQ, WiFi, parking, and a garden. Dogs are not accepted. The rural St Martin setting means a car is essential. This property is best for large families or groups of up to 12 who need the space and flexibility of multiple buildings, and can accept a rural location without resort-level finish.
