Pinewood Flat 5 is a first-floor two-bedroom apartment in the Pinewood complex, Polzeath, with sea views across to Pentire Point. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. Dogs are welcome, and Friday changeovers make it accessible for a long-weekend trip.

Inside there are two bedrooms, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and allocated parking. No washing machine or hot tub. The first-floor position means the sea views face north-west, with Pentire Point visible from the living area - a genuine feature of the flat rather than a distant glimpse of water.

Polzeath beach is 500m on foot. The South West Coast Path connects directly from the village to Pentire Point and The Rumps, where grey seals haul out on the rocks below the headland in autumn. Daymer Bay is 1.3km across the estuary, sheltered and good for paddling.

Rock is a short drive around the Camel Estuary - under 10 minutes by road, or reachable by the passenger ferry from Padstow in summer. Padstow itself is 6 miles by road, with Rick Stein's original seafood restaurant on the harbour.

Best for dog owners or couples who want the Polzeath surf scene with a sea view to come back to each evening. Less suited to families needing a washing machine on-site for longer stays.
