The duplex layout puts the living space on one floor and bedrooms on another, with views of the harbour and sea from most rooms and a large bay window for taking in the water view.

Porthmeor Beach is 200 metres, and St Ives Harbour Beach the same distance in the other direction. Porthgwidden Beach is 300 metres. The old slipway is directly outside the building. St Ives town centre, with its galleries, restaurants, and shops, is on the doorstep - a car is not needed for the duration of a stay here.

The 3 bedrooms sleep 6: 2 doubles and a twin that includes a small raised single bed suited to a child. There is 1 bathroom. Dogs are not accepted, and the apartment has no outside space, though the town and its beaches are metres away. A dishwasher and wi-fi are included. The lounge's large bay window has a curved window seat for taking in the ocean views.
