Mullion Cove, the historic National Trust harbour, is 1.2km further south. Poldhu Cove - where Marconi made his 1901 transatlantic radio transmission - is 1.5km, with a cafe and car park at the headland. Kynance Cove, arguably the most photographed cove in Cornwall, is roughly 6km south along the coast road.

Mullion village itself has a pub, a butcher, a Co-op, and a handful of independent shops - enough for self-catering without daily supermarket runs. Helston, with a larger Tesco and the annual Flora Day in May, is about 10 minutes by car. The Goonhilly Earth Station, 7km across the Lizard heath, has a visitor centre and telescope experience.

This house is right for families or mixed-age groups who want a coastal base with EV infrastructure - one of the few properties in this area that caters to electric vehicle drivers.
