The Cottage

The Cottage stands in a rural spot near Helston, with a pub 0.1 miles away and a shop 1.9 miles off. It sleeps eight in four bedrooms, which suits two families or a party of adult friends who each want their own room.

Two of the beds are king-size, and one of those rooms is en-suite with a walk-in shower. A third room is a double. The fourth is a ground-floor twin, with a ground-floor shower room. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. That gives three bathrooms in all.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area built around a woodburning stove, which also heats the house. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker, and there is a washing machine. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Gardens run along the rear with a lawn, a patio and a barbecue. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is available at the property, and the cottage is non-smoking.

Ideal for a group or large family wanting to bring a dog or two; the ground-floor twin means not every bedroom is upstairs, and a cot and highchair can be provided.
