Sanderling House

Sanderling House is a two-storey, four-bedroom house for seven near Helford. The bedrooms comprise a king room with its own shower and basin, a double, a queen and a single. Two bathrooms are included for the group. Countryside views and glimpses across the Helford River shape the setting, while a sunroom with an open fire provides a separate place to sit.

The nearest shore is Helford Passage Beach at 0.7 miles. Ponsence Cove is 1.3 miles away and Porth Saxon Beach is 1.7 miles away. Helford village, Trebah Gardens and the South West Coast Path are all nearby; ask the owner about walking routes before booking.

A garden and patio extend the social space outside. WiFi, parking, a BBQ, dishwasher and EV charging are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The outlook is over river and countryside rather than the coast, and the setting is private, with views towards the Helford River from both the house and the garden.

Its two-storey layout involves stairs, so ask the owner about doorways, steps and bathroom access before booking.

**Best for:** Families or friends needing four separate bedrooms, an EV charger, dog space and easy reach of Helford-area coves.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access or a bathroom for every bedroom.
