Harvey's House is a 3-bedroom cottage near Helston sleeping six, set in 1 acre of private garden with mature trees around the boundary. The main living room has an open fire, and the wood-fired hot tub is in the garden - a significant draw for autumn and winter breaks when prices drop and the west Cornwall coast is at its most dramatic. EV charging is on-site.

Porthleven Beach is 3.3 miles south - a working harbour with a surf break, fish restaurants along the quay, and a well-regarded independent food scene. Praa Sands is 5.2 miles, a long, flat sandy beach popular with families and body-boarders. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 4.6 miles for a more secluded option.

The Loe Pool nature reserve is within 3 miles - Cornwall's largest natural freshwater lake, managed by the National Trust, with circular walking routes through the valley. Helston itself is a market town with a Tesco and independent shops, and hosts the Flora Dance in May. No dogs. Dishwasher and washing machine included.
