Rosen 7 Godrevy Court

A ground-floor, 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet Carbis Bay cul-de-sac, sleeping 4 in 1 king-size and 1 twin. The private patio opens onto a shared garden with sea views over Carbis Bay beach, which is 300m away on foot. Porthminster Beach and St Ives are a 20-minute walk along the coast path, giving you two town beaches without needing a car.

The apartment has wifi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine. Dogs are not accepted. The beach proximity and coastal walk access are the main draws.

Best for couples or small families who want a quiet base within walking distance of both Carbis Bay and St Ives. Ideal if you want to avoid St Ives parking charges. Not great for groups needing more than 4 beds.

The apartment is reached by 18 steps down from the parking area, with a further five steps from the hall down into the lounge and dining area. The 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size and 1 twin - sleep 4, and a dishwasher and washing machine handle a week's worth of washing without a trip to a launderette. Wifi and parking are both included. The 20-minute coastal path walk to St Ives means the town's restaurants and galleries are reachable on foot.
