Port Gaverne, just outside Port Isaac, is 5.4 miles and has a pub and sheltered cove. Bossiney Cove is 7.6 miles.

Wadebridge is the nearest town for shopping, about 3.7 miles south. Padstow is 9.3 miles west. Rock and Polzeath on the Camel Estuary are also within easy driving distance.

Best for families or groups of 6 who want a quiet inland retreat rather than a beach-facing property, but still want pool access for the children. The EV charging makes this one of a small number of properties on Bodmin Moor suitable for electric vehicle owners. Good for walkers and cyclists exploring the moor and north Cornwall lanes.
