Port Gaverne, just outside Port Isaac, is 8.7km and has a pub and sheltered cove. Bossiney Cove is 12.2km.

Wadebridge is the nearest town for shopping, about 6km south. Padstow is 15km west. Rock and Polzeath on the Camel Estuary are also within easy driving distance.

Best for families or groups of 6 who want a quiet inland retreat rather than a beach-facing property, but still want pool access for the children. The EV charging makes this one of a small number of properties on Bodmin Moor suitable for electric vehicle owners. Good for walkers and cyclists exploring the moor and north Cornwall lanes.
