Saltwater is a single-storey two-bedroom cottage on the Kenegie Park development in Gulval, sleeping four with one bathroom. The cottage has an enclosed garden. Wi-Fi, parking, and a washing machine are included. No dishwasher.

Gulval village sits on a hillside above Penzance with open views across Mount's Bay toward St Michael's Mount. Eastern Green Beach is 1.3km downhill, a flat sandy stretch at the edge of Penzance's seafront. Marazion, the closest point to St Michael's Mount, is 3.9km east. Penzance town centre - with the Jubilee Pool, the Exchange gallery, and the ferry terminal for the Isles of Scilly - is under 2km by road.

This cottage suits a couple or small family who want a quiet base within easy reach of west Cornwall's main towns without being in the middle of a resort. Penzance gives good practical access to the Penwith peninsula, Land's End, and the Minack Theatre. Not great for those set on a sea view or on-site extras beyond the basics.
