Sea View House

Sea View House is a four-bedroom house at West Pentire, near Crantock, for nine guests. Three bathrooms help a larger group manage mornings without a queue, and confirmed sea views come with the property.

Wi-Fi, parking, EV charging, a dishwasher, washing machine and garden are all included. Dogs are not accepted. Guests bringing more than one vehicle should confirm parking capacity and the charging connection before travelling.

Vugga Cove is 400m away, Porth Joke, also known as Polly Joke Beach, is 500m from the house, and Crantock Beach, a broad National Trust-managed stretch backed by dunes with seasonal lifeguard cover, is 800m. The West Pentire headland, also National Trust land, gives views over the beach and the Gannel Estuary behind it. Crantock village itself, with its 13th-century church and the Old Albion pub, sits across the estuary; at low tide the Gannel can be waded or crossed by foot ferry, while high tide adds about ten minutes by road.
