Vosporth Villa

Vosporth Villa is a Grade II listed house in the village of Crantock, set over three floors and sleeping nine. Five bedrooms are split between the upper floors: a king-size on the second floor, and on the first a super-king-size, a double, a twin and a single. The king, super-king and double each have an en-suite, and there is also a bathroom with a bath and a ground-floor shower room.

The living space runs to two sitting rooms and a snug with a woodburning stove, plus a kitchen/diner and a utility room. The kitchen has an AGA alongside an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a tumble dryer too. Heating is central, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be supplied on request.

The garden is enclosed at front and rear, with mature shrubs, a patio, furniture and a barbecue. A gardener needs access on Thursdays for routine maintenance. Off-road garage parking takes two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.5 miles, with Newquay 4.5 miles from Crantock.

The house suits two families or a large group of friends, and is best for anyone comfortable with stairs, since it is less good for guests who want everything on one level.
