The decking fits a full set of outdoor furniture, making it a practical spot for evening meals when the weather holds.

Readymoney Cove is 900m on foot - a sandy inlet below the cliffs with a small café and calm, sheltered water. From there, the South West Coast Path leads 2.6km to Lantic Bay, a secluded south-facing beach only reachable on foot or by water. The town centre is half a mile from the property, with the aquarium, working quay, independent cafés, and the Royal Regatta course all within easy reach on flat ground.

Fowey has a particular appeal in autumn and spring, when visitor numbers drop but the ferry services and most restaurants stay open. The town has a strong literary connection as the home of Daphne du Maurier, and the annual festival typically runs in May. The passenger ferry to Polruan crosses the river in under 5 minutes.

Best for families or groups with dogs wanting coast access and a town within walking distance. Not great for those needing a quiet rural setting - this is a residential area close to the town. Up to 2 dogs welcome. Amenities include wifi, parking, BBQ, dishwasher, and washing machine.
