Seaspray is a two-bedroom clifftop cottage on Beach Road in Carbis Bay, sleeping 4 with 1 bathroom. The private terrace has direct access down to Carbis Bay beach below - a sheltered sandy beach that draws families for its calm, lifeguard-patrolled water. The cottage has both a wood burner and an open fire, making it a reasonable year-round option rather than just a summer rental.

WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are included. Two small well-behaved pets are welcome. Saturday changeovers.

St Ives is about a mile west along the South West Coast Path - a practical walk there and back, or there is a regular branch-line train between Carbis Bay station and St Ives in under 5 minutes. Porthminster Beach and Porthkidney Beach are both 1.1 miles along the coast.

Good for couples and small families who want direct beach access and the option to use St Ives without driving. Suits anyone who wants the feel of St Ives but at a slightly lower price point and quieter pace.

At 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for up to 4 guests, Seaspray suits pairs travelling together or a couple with one child rather than a larger family. Both a wood burner and an open fire are present - having two heat sources is unusual at this price tier and makes a meaningful difference outside July and August.
