Sheep Shed @ Penbugle Organic Farm

Sheep Shed is a tranquil, single-storey cabin at an organic working farm in St Keyne near Duloe. With a studio layout, private external shower and toilet facilities, and countryside views, it's a peaceful base for a couple exploring South East Cornwall. The open-plan living area includes a kitchenette and a double bed that can be arranged as a twin on request. Outside, there's a decking area for dining alfresco and a fire pit for evenings toasting marshmallows, with dogs welcome to relax alongside.

Penbugle Organic Farm, in the Cornish countryside 4 miles from the coastal town of Looe, is managed by the Ridout family and has been organic for more than ten years. Its cattle and sheep graze the pasture, and the farm also produces Penbugle Farm Organic Eggs, sold in food stores across the county. Sheep Shed is one of eight timber cabins on the farm, each with its own external shower room.

Duloe has a convenience store and a local pub. Guests can walk at Kilminorth Woods, Golitha Falls, Carnglaze Caverns and St Keyne's Well, or visit the Duloe Stone Circle and Looe Valley Vineyard. Liskeard, with more shops, pubs and museums, is a short drive away, and Adrenalin Quarry offers water sports nearby. The coastal town of Looe has beach days and scenic coastal walks, while Fowey has an aquarium, a beach and St Catherine's Castle.
