Soundwaves House

Soundwaves House is a three-bedroom home for six in Bude. Two bedrooms have doubles and the third is a twin with zip-and-link beds that can form a king-size room on request. Two bathrooms serve the group. The master double has a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom, and the lounge has a snug for reading.

A wood burner is the main indoor feature for cooler evenings, while the south-facing garden and barbecue support outdoor meals. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The kitchen and diner has patio doors out to the enclosed garden. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, and the family shower room has a WC. There is no step-free access.

Summerleaze Beach is 0.8 miles away, Crooklets Beach is 1.2 miles and Northcott Mouth is 1.9 miles from the house, all within reach of the coast path for walking, swimming and surfing. Bude sits at the midpoint of over 30 miles of the South West Coast Path, with the 19th-century Bude Canal nearby for kayaking and flat-water swimming.

**Best for:** six guests wanting flexible twin-or-king sleeping, a wood burner, a south-facing garden and easy access to Bude's beaches.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access or spa facilities.
