The apartment is reached only by an external staircase, so it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The open fire and woodburning stove are a real asset from October through April. Wi-Fi is included.

Best for couples or solo travellers who want a central base with good road access to both Truro and Falmouth, and who have a dog. Less good for anyone expecting a beach-walking holiday from the door - the nearest sand is a drive away. Friday changeover.
