St Keverne

St Keverne has its own private hot tub on an enclosed rear patio with outdoor furniture. It is one of fifteen cottages at Tresooth Cottages, on the edge of Mawnan Smith, and Falmouth and Penryn are 3.0 miles away. The shop is 0.5 miles off and the nearest pub is 1.8 miles.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The super-king has an en-suite bath with a shower over it; the twin has an en-suite walk-in shower. Both beds are zip-and-link, so either room can be set the other way on request, and the owner needs to know the bedroom arrangement before you arrive. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, plus a Smart TV and WiFi. Central heating is joined by a log burner: logs are bought direct from the owner and there is no starter pack. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and high chairs, travel cots and stair gates can be hired for an extra charge.

The site facilities are shared with the other cottages: a heated outdoor pool open from Easter to the end of September, an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a sauna, a games room with table tennis, pool table and table football, and a children's play area. The pool has no lifeguard, and children must be supervised by a parent or an adult over 18. The hot tub and sauna run year-round within set daily hours. Parking is off-road for 2 cars, and the shared EV charging points are paid for through the Monta app.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and further dogs need prior arrangement with the owner. Smoking is not allowed. Hen and stag parties need approval before booking, and in the school summer holidays only 7-night bookings are taken. Bookings over Christmas and New Year come with a tree and a festive hamper. The cottage suits two couples sharing, or a family of four bringing a single dog.
