St Pirans

St Pirans is a three-storey townhouse in Padstow for eight guests, around 200 metres from the harbour. One king-size room, a double and two twins are served by three bathrooms, which helps a group of eight share comfortably across the three floors - worth flagging for anyone who struggles with stairs.

An open fire, WiFi, a dishwasher and a garden with several shaded terraces are included, along with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The dining table seats eight, and the lounge has a TV and an open fire. The garden is spread over three levels, with a patio among tropical plants and trees and an outdoor table on the upper level. Dogs aren't accepted here.

Daymer Bay Beach is 1.5 miles away, Trevone Bay 1.6 miles and Greenaway Beach 1.9 miles. Padstow's harbour, seafood restaurants and the passenger ferry to Rock across the Camel Estuary are all within easy walking distance, and Rick Stein's restaurants are a short stroll from the front door.

The property sleeps up to eight guests. One bathroom has a bath, and the other two are shower rooms.

**Best for:** A group of eight wanting three bathrooms, an open fire and a garden within walking distance of Padstow harbour.

**Less good for:** Dog owners, or guests who need step-free access.
