Stepaside Cottage

Stepaside Cottage is a waterfront cottage in Fowey for six guests. Two double bedrooms and one twin each have access to their own bathroom, an unusual three-to-six ratio that suits two couples or a small family without a shared-bathroom queue. Water views are described from every room, and a snug adds a separate sofa space away from the main living area.

Wi-Fi, a garden and a patio are included, though three steps lead down to the patio so full step-free access should not be assumed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dogs are not accepted.

Readymoney Cove is 0.7 miles away below St Catherine's Castle, Lantic Bay is 1.3 miles and Lansallos Beach 2.4 miles. The South West Coast Path runs past the cottage, and Fowey's harbour, restaurants and passenger ferry to Polruan are a short walk into town.

Two of the bathrooms are en suite with a shower and a WC, the third has a shower over the bath, and there is a separate WC.

**Best for:** Two couples or a small family wanting three en-suite-style bedrooms, river views and a patio within walking distance of Fowey.

**Less good for:** Dog owners or anyone requiring step-free access.
