Summer Lane St Martin

Summer Lane St Martin is one of six stone cottages in the parish of St Martin, two miles south of Looe on Cornwall's south-east coast. It sleeps six in a king-size bedroom, a double and a twin. Three bathrooms give each pair more privacy than the usual single family bathroom, and a wood burner anchors the indoor living space.

Plaidy Beach is 1 mile away, East Looe Beach is 1.7 miles and Hannafore Beach is 2 miles. The South West Coast Path is around a mile from the cottage, with Looe's harbour, shops and restaurants a short drive beyond.

Parking and a dishwasher are included, along with a garden. The garden is shared between the six cottages on site rather than private to this one, and there is no enclosed section. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob and a fridge, and the utility room also holds a microwave and fridge/freezer. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with its own TV and en-suite. Dogs are not accepted.
