Summerleaze Garden Cottage 3 Spa

Summerleaze Garden Cottage 3 Spa is a two-storey cottage on Bude Coastal Resort, close to Bude on the north Cornwall coast. The main draw is the decking area outside, set with furniture and a hot tub, which gives the cottage its own place to sit out after time on the resort.

Downstairs is a single open-plan room holding the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven and coffee maker, plus a Quooker tap and a wine chiller. There is a Smart TV and a DVD player for the evenings, and WiFi. Central heating is on, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

All three bedrooms are upstairs: two doubles, each with a TV, and a twin. The cottage sleeps six. Two bathrooms serve them, one with a bath and walk-in shower, the other a shower room. A highchair and cot can be requested.

Guests can use the resort's indoor swimming pool, gym, outdoor playground and putting green, and there are entertainment evenings on site. Parking is designated near the property, with a further on-site car park. One point to plan around: the park cannot guarantee the hot tub will be ready for 16:00 on the day you arrive, because of cleaning and maintenance. No pets are allowed and the cottage is non-smoking.

With every bedroom upstairs, it is less good for anyone who wants to avoid stairs; it suits a family of six or friends sharing three rooms.
