Sunnybrae Cottage

The garden is what sets Sunnybrae Cottage apart: a large, south-facing plot, fully fenced and gated, with a stone circle in it and a private patio with furniture. The stone-walled cottage stands in Tintagel, with a shop 0.1 mile away, a pub at 0.2 miles and a beach 0.6 miles off. It sits just off the high street, and Tintagel Castle is a short walk away.

Inside there are low original beams and wooden floors. The living and dining room is open-plan, with cottage windows looking onto the garden and two dining tables. The kitchen has a double range cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi, air source heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size and two doubles. A first-floor bathroom has a corner bath with a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower. A travel cot and a highchair are available for younger guests.

One allocated off-road space takes a car. Up to two dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Best for a family or two couples who want a garden the dogs can use freely. Low beams and a bedroom floor above the ground floor make it less good for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
