Penzance town centre is within a few minutes' drive, with the Scillonian III ferry to the Isles of Scilly departing from the harbour. St Michael's Mount at Marazion is around 2.5 miles along the bay. The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is about 12.4 miles to the southwest, and St Ives is around 8.7 miles to the north.

This property is ideal for couples or families of four who want access to on-site leisure facilities without booking a full resort. It suits dogs-welcome stays in an area with good access to the far west of Cornwall. Less good for those who need to be within walking distance of a beach.
