A separate games barn provides a pool table, table tennis, and a Smart TV with its own wood burner - a genuine asset for evenings when the weather turns. Outside, a large enclosed lawn has both a pizza oven and an outdoor wood burner. Parking for 6 cars sits to the front. Up to 5 dogs are welcome.

Laneast sits roughly 7 miles inland from the north coast. Tintagel - with its English Heritage castle ruins and the 2019 footbridge spanning a 58-metre gorge - is around 11 miles west. Crackington Haven, a surf beach enclosed by striated cliffs, is the nearest beach at about 9 miles. Bude is 14 miles north with a wider range of shops and restaurants.

**Best for:** Large families or groups wanting indoor-outdoor space, dog owners with multiple pets, those wanting an inland base for north Cornwall coast day trips.

**Less good for:** Couples or small groups where the scale makes it poor value; anyone wanting to walk directly to the beach.
