Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, including two doubles with en-suite facilities - one with a full bath and one with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a double and a twin (with truckle bed) share a separate shower room. A ground-floor family room with triple bunk and single bed rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a separate games room containing a full-size pool table.

Outside, off-road parking accommodates 2 cars on the drive, with a front patio for sitting out. Bossiney Cove Beach - a sandy cove with turquoise water and Elephant Rock - is 0.8 miles away, while Tregardock Beach lies 3 miles along the coast. The property has central heating, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Tintagel village has pubs and shops within half a mile. The English Heritage castle ruins, reached by the 2019 footbridge spanning a 58-metre gorge, are a short walk from the house. St Nectan's Glen and its 60-foot waterfall are a few minutes' drive.

Suits a group of up to ten who want a games room with a full-size pool table and pubs within half a mile. Less good for groups arriving in more than two cars: the drive has room for two.
