The Annex

The Annex is a single-storey, studio-style space in Penzance for two guests. A double bed sits within the open-plan living area, which also holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. WiFi and electric heating are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard with furniture is the outdoor space, and off-road parking is for one car. The annex is next to the owner's property, and smoking is not allowed. A shop and pub are 0.4 miles away and the nearest beach is 0.9 miles. St Ives is 8 miles, and Mount's Bay curves round from Mousehole to Marazion, with St Michael's Mount and the South West Coast Path close by. Penzance hosts Golowan and the Literary Festival, and its galleries include Newlyn Art Gallery and Penlee House Gallery. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 10am.

With one double bed and one shower room, the annex is best for a couple wanting a compact base, and it is less good for anyone travelling with a third person or a second car.
