The lodge is a two-storey barn conversion with exposed beamed trusses and a large atrium roof over the open-plan living area, pulling in natural light through the upper storey windows.

Inside, the living space opens through bi-fold patio doors to a south-facing terrace. A wood burner handles the shoulder months; the terrace and BBQ take over from late spring. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Two bathrooms serve the two bedrooms - one per floor. No washing machine on-site, but parking and EV charging are both available.

Trevone Bay is 1.1 km - a sheltered sandy beach good for families and swimmers. Harlyn Bay Beach is 1.7 km, known for its surf and wide sand. Padstow and the Camel Estuary are a short drive east, with ferry access to Rock and the Camel Trail cycling route starting nearby. Mothers Ivey Bay, a quieter arc of sand, sits 2.9 km from the lodge.

Best for couples or small families who want quality accommodation close to the surf beaches north of Padstow, with the option to bring two dogs. Less suited to those needing a washing machine on-site or who want a coastal walk from the front door.
