The Granary

This first-floor apartment sits in a converted barn in the countryside near Tregony. A short flight of external granite steps leads up to the entrance, so it is not a fit for anyone who cannot manage steps. Inside is an open-plan living space with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together.

Sleeping is for four: a double bedroom, and a children's room with a single bed and a bunk-style bed. One shower room has a shower, basin and WC. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available.

The shared garden has a lawn, seating, a barbecue and children's play equipment, and the shared facilities include table tennis, books, games and toys. There is a TV, DVD player, FM radio and WiFi. The washing machine and tumble dryer are coin-operated. Off-road parking takes two cars. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The beach is 0.7 miles away, the shop 2.4 miles and the pub 2.7 miles. The apartment is near Tregony, 3.9 miles away, in the Veryan area. It suits a couple or a family with young children who want a garden and play space; it is less good for anyone who finds steps hard, or who is bringing a dog.
