The Jingle House

The Jingle House is a ground-floor studio in the grounds of an old Cornish farmhouse, part of Penvose Holiday Abodes near Tregony, which is 3.9 miles away. Veryan is the nearby place on the Roseland to look up for the wider area. The room is studio-style, with a double bed and a sitting area, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

There is no kitchen in the room itself. A separate barn next door holds a kitchenette for guests' sole use, with a mini oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The room has a TV and WiFi, and central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is off-road, for one car, beside the property. There is a small garden area with a picnic bench. The beach is 0.7 miles away, the shop 2.4 miles and the pub 2.7 miles, so a car helps for supplies. The South West Coast Path is close by.

The apartment can also be booked together with a second one on the same site, sleeping six between them. On its own it suits a couple who are content to cook in the barn; it is less good for anyone wanting a kitchen inside the room. There are no pets and no smoking. Stays of 28 days can be discussed with the owner.
