Steep internal stairs connect the floors, so this layout works best for a couple and one child rather than three adults sharing. The ground floor has a shower room and kitchen; the patio at the rear is enclosed with BBQ facilities and connects to the broader communal gardens of the manor.

The Rame Peninsula is one of the least visited corners of southeast Cornwall, despite being 30 minutes from Plymouth via the Torpoint Ferry. Kingsand and Cawsand are twin villages set into the hillside above the beach, with a shared main street, two pubs, several cafes, and fishing boats moored in the bay. The beaches are calm and sheltered from westerly swell, which makes them good for swimming even when surf beaches on the north coast are rough.

Kingsand Beach is 1.5km away and Cawsand Beach 1.8km - both are accessible on foot via the coastal footpath that runs along the clifftop and drops into the villages. Whitsand Bay, a long west-facing surf beach with National Trust clifftop access, is 6.3km. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are all included. No pets.
