The Old Forge, St Just

The Old Forge is a three-bedroom cottage near St Just for six guests, with three bathrooms. A private hot tub, a wood burner and an open fire give the group several ways to spend an evening at the property, and the garden has a barbecue for cooking outdoors.

WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine cover the practical side of a full week. Off-road parking is included, and changeover day is Saturday. Two pets are welcome, with a charge of £25 each per week. An EV charging point is available at the cottage for guests arriving in an electric car.

Priests Cove is 1.7 miles away beneath the headland of Cape Cornwall, a small rocky beach known for rock swimming and tidal pools. Gwynver Beach is also 1.7 miles from the cottage and is a wide surf beach that sees fewer visitors than Sennen Cove, itself 2.9 miles away with a working harbour and surf schools. St Just, a mile inland from Cape Cornwall, is the most westerly town in mainland England and sits within the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site.
