Grade II-listed 18th-century farmhouse on the coastal road between St Ives and St Just, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms. The Botallack Mine ruins - the cliff-edge engine houses used as the Poldark filming location and part of the Cornish Mining UNESCO World Heritage Site - sit 1 mile away.

Inside, granite walls, slate floors, and exposed beams run through three bedrooms (two king-size, one double) and three bathrooms, two with roll-top baths. The kitchen runs off a dual range cooker. The kitchen also has a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a utility room. Two enclosed courtyards sit either side, one with a chimenea for evenings.

The South West Coast Path is walkable from the door, with Geevor Tin Mine museum half a mile north at Pendeen and Cape Cornwall 2 miles south. Priest's Cove is 1.8 miles, Sennen surf beach is 4.8 miles, Land's End 7.5 miles south. St Michael's Mount and St Ives both sit around 11 miles east, both reachable on the same coastal road. Priest's Cove, Gwynver Beach and Sennen Cove are the nearest named beaches, and Pendeen is the nearest town.
