The open-plan ground floor runs kitchen, dining, and living areas together, with glass looking out over the surrounding farmland. Dogs are welcome; the garden is enclosed, though the rear fence is wire mesh rather than solid board, so supervision outside is advised.

The garden includes a private hot tub and a BBQ terrace. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and parking are all included. The barn sits on a working farm complex and there is genuine quiet here - no road noise, no neighbours visible from the terrace.

Marazion Beach is 2.8km away - the wide sand bay opposite St Michael’s Mount, with causeway access to the island at low tide. Long Rock Beach is 3.1km. Penzance town centre is under 10 minutes by car, with the Jubilee Pool lido on the seafront and direct rail connections to London Paddington. Land’s End is around 12 miles west.

Best for couples or small families with a dog who want a countryside base with easy reach of West Cornwall’s coast. Less good for guests who need a beach within walking distance or who want village pub and shops on foot.
