The accommodation includes a washing machine, EV charging, and a garden with a children's playhouse. Guests share a conservatory with the adjoining property. Wi-Fi and parking are included. No dishwasher; no dogs accepted. Friday changeover.

The area around Polyphant sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor, with the A30 about 2 miles south providing quick access to Launceston and westward across the moor. Altarnun, known for its medieval church referred to locally as the Cathedral of the Moor, is around 2 miles away. For coast days, Crackington Haven - a cove with dramatic striped cliffs and RNLI lifeguards in summer - is about 12 miles north-west. Widemouth Bay near Bude is roughly 13 miles in the same direction.

**Best for:** Families with young children who want a rural base with outdoor space, within reach of Bodmin Moor and the north Cornwall coast. **Less good for:** Guests wanting to walk to the sea, those who need a dishwasher, or couples looking for a more private setting.
