The Slipway, Fowey

The Slipway is a Victorian house on the waterfront in Fowey, opposite the Passage Slip, with harbour views from several rooms and from its terraced garden. It sleeps six across three floors.

The first floor has a king-size bedroom with harbour views and a twin room, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The second-floor king-size bedroom adds a sitting area and more harbour views. A ground-floor cloakroom gives a second WC, but the shower room is the only one. A travel cot is available. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Parking is at the Old Station Yard Car Park, a short walk away.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee maker, and the living/dining room has a Smart TV, a music player and WiFi. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included.

The terraced garden has a patio and furniture. The pub is 0.8 miles away and the shop 0.9 miles. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The layout suits a family or a group of friends who are happy with stairs between three floors; it is less good for anyone who wants to park at the door.
