Tide Watch

Tide Watch is a ground-floor apartment in Penzance with views across Mount's Bay from the living area, where patio doors open onto the garden. It is in a gated development, and the allocated space takes one car. A pub is a short walk away, and the town's shops and restaurants can be reached on foot.

The open-plan room combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a second fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a TV, a radio and WiFi, and gas central heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

2 bedrooms sleep four: a double and a twin. The single bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower, and there are no other bathrooms, so four adults share it. A cot and a highchair are available.

Behind the flat, the enclosed rear garden is communal, with a lawn, and the flat has a private patio with a patio set, and there is a bench from which to look across the bay. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. The apartment suits a couple or two couples who want to walk into Penzance and leave the car parked; it has one space, so it is less good for two-car parties.
