Trebyre

Architect-designed barn conversion at Treravel Farm in St Ervan, sleeping 8 across 4 en-suite bedrooms. Trebyre is a luxury self-catering property 5 miles by road from Padstow, with a walled terraced garden and outdoor kitchen.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, which makes it work for two families or four couples without anyone queuing for a shower. Exposed stone walls, heated oak flooring, and bespoke stable doors define the interior. A wood burner and open fire heat the main living space. The walled terraced garden has an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and built-in fridge for long evenings outside.

The position is inland and quiet, in the lanes between St Ervan and St Merryn. Porthcothan Bay is 2.7 miles, Bedruthan Steps 3.1 miles, and Treyarnon Bay 3.2 miles - all north-coast beaches reached in under 15 minutes by car. Padstow harbour with Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Paul Ainsworth's No 6, and the 18-mile Camel Trail trailhead is a 10-minute drive. The Padstow-Rock passenger ferry crosses the Camel Estuary to Daymer Bay and Polzeath.

Best for two families holidaying together or a multi-generational group needing en-suite privacy and a full outdoor kitchen. Less good for a single couple, who would have more space than they need.
