Tregoning Annexe

Tregoning Annex is a compact, studio-style annexe in Lerryn, near Lostwithiel, with the village pub 0.3 miles away and the nearest shop 3.5 miles off. The double bed, dining area and sitting area share a single open-plan room, and the annexe sleeps two.

The adjoining kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi and a Smart TV are included, heating is oil-fired central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all part of the stay.

Outside is a private lawn area with furniture, and there is off-road parking for one car. Dogs are welcome, but the number allowed isn't stated, so confirm it when booking. Smoking is not allowed. The village has riverside walks along the Fowey River, and Lostwithiel and Fowey are a short drive away, with the Eden Project and Cardinham Woods further afield.

Lostwithiel is known for its antique shops, and Fowey has estuary views, boat trips and a choice of cafes and restaurants. Because the bed sits in the living space there is no separate bedroom. The annexe is ideal for a couple, and less good for friends or family who want to sleep apart.
